As an extension of this dedication, we have launched the "Why I Work Safe" program, which serves as a reminder to our employee-owners about the importance of their safety and the impact it has on others. This message is promoted throughout our culture through safety stand-downs, toolbox talks, and more.

To further spread this message among our workforce and community, our employee-owners have been given special cards featuring their family members or loved ones, which they proudly display in their vests as a reminder of "Why I Work Safe."
